"HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered shoes online, tried them on, too small. Took them to the MWC store to return. As soon as they took the shoes out of the box, they accused ONE shoe being worn and would NOT return. The shoe was laced from trying on. We didn’t wear ONE shoe around, no creases or any sign of wear. ALL 3 employees were around the register discussing that ONE shoe was worn / dirty and would not reason or listen to us. See pictures."
