Goodwill Thrift Store & Donation Center

"I recently moved to this area and I’ve always love coming to this Goodwill. However today’s experience was was not that case. My daughter going through holiday clothes and came across a shirt that was too big for the hanger and ended up falling off of it. When she went to hang it back up she seen what she thought was a tick but she wasn’t sure so in fear it was a bed bug she just dropped it. Long story short she found me and showed me and yes it was a bed bug. We reported it and the main lady rolled her eyes. My daughter repeats what I said and we walk away: later about 15 mins I’m walking back over to that same area and guess what is hanging back up? Yesss that shirt with that bug still crawling around. I’ll be calling Monday morning to complain about that lady. I didn’t get her name but I’ll find out who she is for sure. Hopefully the lady that rolled her eyes gets fired. She don’t deserve to work there. She didnt even care. That makes me think she was the one that brought them there. Not good Goodwill she making y’all look really bad. I won’t be going back any time soon to shop there but I’ll be complaining about her for sure. This location is on Reno in Midwest city. Right across the street from the closed down mall. Today is Saturday September 2nd 2023"

"Daughter and I go on Tuesday to GoodWill we had some good finds. And Avia 2 piece jogging suit last but not least Ralph Polo shirt. All the items was in excellent condition."

"They had quite a bit of good stuff and I liked the organization. They have things bundled, like plates that match, etc., which is really nice! However, the downside is that the prices are all over the place. One item would be a great deal and the next item was trash but marked the same price as the great item that was a steal. It seems like the prices are a tad high. Having a nice promo may help, spend $25 save $3 spend $50, save $6, etc. An item I can buy new at Target should not be priced higher at Goodwill when it’s used and/or broken. Lots of nice stuff and some good deals, and some terrible ones too, but all in all - you should check it out and make your own decision!"

"I got a couch from here that was infested with bed bugs. Thankfully we left the couch in our garage to clean before bringing it in. This is disgusting and I’ll never return. Still waiting on the marketing team to get back with me about the couch & refund. I’ll update my review if I get a response."
