"Last night.. I had a chance to go back in time! Remember when customer service was part of the shopping experience? Well, I got a chance to meet some of the most helpful, wonderful, customer oriented people... last night. My husband gave me a list of screws, washers, and paint to locate and purchase for him. He normally goes but is no longer able to due to his health condition. Anyways, It was like a scavenger hunt. It was really stressful because the store was closing, and I knew that the hunt was going to take longer than the time alloted. And it did. The gentleman who helped me find everything on the list reassured me that we would accomplish the task and even kept the store open late to help me accomplish this task. He was kind and caring and so very helpful. I hope this review helps you consider using this store for your hardware needs. They really are amazing."

I mentioned why I was there. He immediately went and got the item for me. After my transaction was complete. The gentleman (I say that because he was) helped me to my car. His name is Austin!
