"I bought a $15 item it would not work I brought it back they gave me another one because it was an electronic they could only exchange it but they kept the receipt because it is policy. So the man said to bring it back in the manager or him would it give me my money back or at least store credit but when I come back neither one of them are there she calls the manager and the manager says no it's electronics we will not give you your money back horrible store no air conditioning horrible service horrible products do not come to this family Dollar. I didn't even keep the product I left it there because it's malfunctioned the second one same thing malfunction it will not turn on. I couldn't even sell it because it's broken I wouldn't sell broken things and I own my own business too it's a shame they're up $15 and anybody that buys the same item is going to have the same problem they don't work but they won't let you return it because it's electronics."

"Now I shop FD for business and pleasure. I’ reside in Colorado but when I visited THIS store, I’m wondering why other FD locations arnt as CLEAN and ORGANIZED as this one. And let’s not mention (but I will) the CS… please send this team out as an example to other locations! Nice job!!!"
