"I bought a rose gold wedding ring set from the Jewelry dept. The ring was a little small but since I needed it for my wedding I went ahead and took it home in hopes of being able to wear it. I decided not to wear it and took it to get sized. I was told it would be 5 weeks to be done. After 5 1/2 weeks I called to check on it and it was there. I wore it home and noticed it had turned my finger green. I wore the ring less than an hour. When I called I was told they couldn't exchange or return it because the return window had closed (while it was in their possession being sized) and because I wore it less than an hour. They said they could send it back to be polished, maybe that would help. I didn't want to do that and just wore it anyway. "Good" news is after one week of wearing it, it no longer turns my finger green, because the rose gold has completely worn off the bottom of the ring and is working its way off on the rest of it. It is now no longer rose gold ..."

"This was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had. The line was ridiculous the attitude of the store personnel were terrible! I do not recommend that you order online for store pickup to avoid shipping charges. I lost almost an hour of my life in a store that used to be so good to shop. Never again see pics you are warned!"
