"I ordered shoes here for my child and the order was confirmed for pick up even though they didn’t have the shoes in stock. I made a trip across town for nothing. The employee (Carmisha) was so rude to me, even though it was her mistake, and was talking about me *very loudly* in the middle of the store to her coworker. I ended up canceling my order and ordering from Nike’s website. I will NOT be returning to this store. The staff members are rude and aren’t willing to work with you when THEY make mistakes. I’m embarrassed for the management and owners of this establishment."

"Ordered online for in store pick up. Received a notice that the order had been picked up. Called the store 5 times over the course of the afternoon and got no answer. Called the customer service number and spoke to someone who said the order had been picked up. I explained that I had not picked it up and they said there was nothing they could do and suggested I go to the store. I went to the store and they had my item, although they still did not ask for identification or apologize for the confusion."

"We bought our daughter a pair of shoes for Christmas and they were too small so we took the shoes back. They did not have her size in store so we were told we could have them delivered to our house in 3-5 business days. We are now on business day 10 with no shoes, no refund, and no info when we try to look up the order."

"When In literally one person finishing up their transaction, and it was a bigger lady with dreads, I tried to do an online order in the store with her . She acted as if she didn’t know how to do it more like she did not want to do the work and her manager, slender girl acted as if she did not know how to do orders as well more like did not want to do the work I was trying to order 200 and items five items total the bigger lady with dreads very rude for no reason she acted as if she was mad she had to work and her manager standing right there did not try to help or assist but I kept a smile n stayed friendly those are the skills the two lady’s are lacking being a manager and a cashier surely they know how to do online orders, the energy that that was gave off from the lady with dreads was like she mad that I’m trying to do an online order and get it sent to the store these ladies are lacking people skills and customer service skills. Totally unacceptabl when I came to spend $200 left with nothing because thy both acted like they don’t on how to Order n they system I jus left n laughed about it in car like they must be doing bad or not were they wanna be life so they act and try to treat customers unprofessional for no reason those even if don’t no job keep a smile and be embracing those are the first face as we see as customers when we walk in the store instead I got no greeting in the energy and vibes was not great. It was more like ughh we gotta work hopefully the attitudes and energy get better you ladies are queens……."

"Change the manager asap. Ashely is very rude and never works she is either on her phone or in the back of the store she never helps the other employees. Speaks whenever she feels like it when people walk in and just has a lack of professionalism. I’m not sure if she’s high at times and under the influence but her bold face just looks like she doesn’t wanna be at work or bothered so I never bother to ask questions. She didn’t speak back the other day I walked in i told her good morning and she just looked at me furiously so when I confronted her about it she caught an attitude. People should take what they do serious because it’s to many other people who would appreciate and take the position more serious."
