"I got a call from this store today about shoes I ordered. The female rep. preceded to tell me my address was not correct she was very rude and kept telling me she knew the address she had entered it three times. I politely told her well I’ve lived here 40 yrs just received an order from Skechers so maybe try again. She was so rude and hateful I asked enter it again she did and than hung up on me. I’m sure she had a bad day but it’s not good to be that rude and disrespectful. All the shoes I buy are from Skechers so it was just sad and makes the store look bad."

"Went looking for this store. It is quite difficult to locate from 41st. I called the store and got the nicest employee I have talked to I'm a long time. He led me to reach the store, staying on the phone long enough to get me there. We went in and I was pleasantly surprised at the selection of shoes available. An employee approached us wanting to assist if we needed him. Guess who it was? The guy on the phone working the sales floor. With his help we got the "work" shoes we needed, and also took advantage of the buy one, get one deal and I, too, got a pair of casual shoes. I love them. Comfortable, light weight, washable, and Cute. We couldn't be happier."
