"Wasn't greeted when we entered the store never actually spoken to the whole time we was in the store for some reason . She did say bye lol she was very young but it was kinda rude I felt. People just don't have manners anymore I feel. This is our home town store. Lol I love this store"

"Not a great experience, Cashiers were wonderful. Management were rude and didn’t help much at all. The young men in the boots were also not very helpful at all. Management was also not very respectful to any of their workers and smoked their e-cigarettes in the store. very unprofessional. will not return."

"Store was decent. Lots of product but a little disorderly. Pricing seemed high on everything. Staff was friendly with the exception of one older man who acted like he didn't want to be there and didn't want customers to be there either. Asking him any questions was like being in trouble and made the experience kinda bad. Spent over six hundred dollars but will likely not return to this location because of that one guy."

"Takes more than hour to see it all, pick out greeting cards, talk​ to Loretta about Bernard The Buffalo. I thought I'd be able to do all that and pick out some boots. Lots of styles from which to choose. Boohoo left without picking one pair. Seems I had more things to choose from...blue jeans, shirts, jackets... Bring your budget. Enjoy your time with Bernard. I'll return when I've more time to browse the selection of my size. It will be nice to visit with Bernard again. I hear local school children love him."
