"Terrible. First off, they are fast and efficient when you arrive. That is not in question. However, the exams themselves were a complete joke and those that do them need to be held accountable. I was completely lied to by 2 examiners on 2 separate occasions. They seemed to be great at first until I was denied my claim because they wrote down the opposite of what I said despite being very sympathetic in person. The 2nd exam told me I was there for something totally different then wrote down several things that we didn't even discuss nor were we supposed to, she even told me that but lied and wrote it down anyways and that ended up being used against me to deny my claim. Do not trust these people, ask to see what they write down because it wasn't even close to what the told me."

"Absolutely the worst experience. Go somewhere else. We had to wait months for this appointment. We didn't get a choice of time or schedule. My father has had a stroke, is wheel chair bound with a urinary catheter. He is under full time nursing care. Wheel chair transport had to be arranged to get him to and from this appointment. My schedule had to be rearranged and I had to take time off from work. The temperatures were below freezing this morning and my father didn't even get his breakfast. Still, me and my 86 year old invalid father made it to the appointment before time. No one reached out to help or make any allowances or considerations for this man. I can not even get him rescheduled for the next 2 months due to YOUR schedule. We had to wait another extra hour in the office just so that the wheel chair transport could come back and pick him up. Yet, while we were waiting, the receptionist was happy to help another man get his 9:30 appointment moved up to 8:30 for a cancellation, but absolutely nothing could be done for my father. Your "understanding" and "apology" are just words that mean nothing."

"Just want to take a moment to recognize Brittany at the front desk. Very friendly, very courteous and very dedicated. She makes you feel welcome when you sign in."

"Please, if you can, go elsewhere to have your c& p exam. I have been there twice and both were horrible. The audiologist seemed to be dishonest when submitting information to the VA or misunderstood what I told her. She seemed anti vet and couldnt understand military equipment. DONT GO HERE!"

"I've had 3 experiences with LHI. Each one was very professional, very honest. A lot of VA providers will treat you like a cattle call (go in, check a few boxes, kick you out). LHI absolutely did not."
