"Was trying to get my nexplanon taken out of my arm today but dr chong kept telling me no that it's too early when you are able to take it out in the 3 year time then they couldn't even find it so now I know that it was placed wrong also and was trying to get me to get other things . I have been on this birth control for years I'm 24 now and this isn't the first time that this problem happened but he kept telling me no because it was to early and everything and wasn't listening to what I really had to say at all it's not like he couldn't he didn't want to"
"Don’t go to this office for annual physical if you have private medical insurance. The doctor will not use preventive codes for your visit and lab tests. They will claim your insurance doesn’t cover. But actually they use wrong coding, then you ends up to have to spend money. Too greedy!"
"I was originally sent to the location on 41st and was unhappy with my experience, I gave this location to try, and I was honestly so pleased with their customer service! I went in to get labs done, and Emily drew my blood, and she was amazing! Really good at what she does. She was so sweet and kind and her customer service was excellent! I definitely will be back to this location."
"I know this clinic has bad reviews, but I think they are way better now that they have Dr. Alberto Chong. I'm not exaggerating... He is the best doctor I've ever had. He didn't rush me at all. He explained things throughout and sent multiple referrals all in our first appointment. He provided resources and education. I plan on recommending him to everyone I know. He also called me over the phone to go through my lab results and explained things to me. I plan to stay with him as long as I can. Their office staff was also pleasant. Overall my experience was great. I went there in the morning and there was no waiting at all."
