"If you're unfortunate enough to make it to this location.. make sure you go when Courtney Hale is NOT going to be there. She's not even a doctor yet and acts as if she knows all and everyone else is wrong. She refused to listen to my opinion..my being the patient. I called before I went asking if I was able to get a Drs note saying I was unable to do what I normally do like lifting etc . The person that answered said yes but you have to be seen again. No problem..so I went and Hale tried to tell me that pleurisy and pulling cartilage away from the bone in my upper chest wasn't in itself painful. Where do they get these people?"
