"The staff was great very friendly the doctor is very patient and everyone is very knowledgeable not only of their jobs but in just about every question that you have for them. I love how in detail that the doctor (Dr.Gorenburg & his assistant/ resident)and ultrasound technician was with me if they explained absolutely everything to me thoroughly and took the time to make sure that I got good pictures of my baby. Also they took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly and make sure that I understand and the doctor even encourages any questions that you might have which is a rarity. I would send my entire family to this place the entire staff was wonderful overall I had an excellent experience"
"We recently had our first visit Dr. Gorenberg and were so impressed with him and the clinic in general. The front office, nursing, and ultrasound staff were all friendly and efficient. Dr. Gorenberg took plenty of time to discuss all of our concerns and guide us through what we can expect through the rest of the pregnancy. We never felt rushed. He’s very personable and knowledgeable. It’s obvious through talking with him that he is always reading the latest studies and recommendations. I feel completely confident having him as a care provider during our high risk pregnancy and would recommend him to anyone."
"The staff (ultrasound techs, receptionists, nurses) are all exceptional, and the facility itself is very nice, however my review is for Dr. Jones. I started seeing him when I found out I was high risk a few weeks ago and my OB made a referral. So far every time I've seen him, he seems very insensitive to my concerns, I had a specific birth plan in mind and being high risk totally changed everything, I know it was medically necessary, however when he addressed it he was rude about it and basically made me feel like my opinions meant nothing. He was also talking about my business in the middle of the hallway for everyone else to hear. When it was time to schedule my next appointment, I explained to him I have a new job and can't come in on certain days/times but it was "out of the question" to him and I absolutely had no choice in the matter whatsoever. He has no soft skills and I just feel like he does not know how to talk to and be empathetic toward pregnant women. If I had a choice, I wouldn't go back, but since I am about to have my baby anyway, I will tough it out."
"Dr. Gorenberg is amazing! Not sure how someone could have a bad experience. He has made me feel like more than just another patient every time. He spends as much time with me as necessary to answer all my questions. If he is unsure of anything at all he will pull out his medical books and make sure he finds the answer to any question at all. He has personally called my cardiologist to discuss a treatment plan for me and make sure everyone was on the same page going forward. I feel very confident and safe under his care. Also, the staff is always friendly and caring. One thing to note is, you can’t bring kids with you. They must stay in the waiting room. Some people complain about this but I think it’s great. I have to find child care for my son during my appointments but I feel it is better and we can discuss more in depth with out distractions."
"I'll be going to my second appointment today with Dr. G (not sure how to spell his name) and hopefully the wait time isn't as long as my last appointment. I work in a medical office myself and understand that things just don't run on time sometimes. At my initial appointment, I had to wait in an exam room for over 45 minutes before I was seen by anyone which was super frustrating because the entirety of the appointment was already going to be hours long. By the time I left, I was starving and very sore from the ultrasound. Checking out and making the next appointment was ok. There is just nothing too noteworthy about this office. If you are looking to have that warm fuzzy, welcoming feeling at your doctor's office then I don't think this is the place. It was more business like in my opinion (from the staff) the doctor was great. If I was to describe this office in 1 word...sterile. I would like to comment on the no kids policy...parents need to understand that this is not a daycare. Find child care for your other children. These people need to be able to do their jobs for you and your new baby without the distraction of bored kids crammed into these little rooms. Be realistic."
