"If you love extremely rude staff and being rescheduled go for it. I had to asks my doctor for a new referral after being rescheduled 4 times, none on my behalf. They would always try to reschedule me on a day I work and when I told them I only had a certain day off, they would get rude on the phone. I even got hung up on before. Terrible establishment."

"Been waiting on a call from surgical oncologist after a CT scan showed something it's been two weeks haven't heard from anyone yet the MyChart app is still not working but if there is a medical need that needs to addressed and your not getting help nor answers and you don't know who to get in touch with I'm just concerned about what the CT Scan showed and I would like an answer"

"Got referred and not called for over over a week. Finally called because of the seriousness and asked if they got referral. Gave me a different fax. Referral resent and had to call again 5 business days later. They said they would respond in two to three weeks after someone reviewed the referral to see if they wanted to take the referral. I explained the seriousness of my condition and they didn’t do a thing to help but finally said they’d check to see if they got the referral. Hung up. Called doc. Sent out referral to a different office. By the time they called again more than two weeks after referral and 9 days after phone call, I was already scheduled to see a different provider the following business day. That office did the referral and appointment under an emergency in less than a week. Maybe try some providers who staff people who care about your conditions cause I don’t think it’s here."

"After 3 months i was finally able to see the CV surgeon regarding a AAA found on a CT scan in January. His office overbooked 3 people per slot. Waited 4 hours to be seen. He gave me all of 5 min of his time. Never did a physical exam, just read the results of the CT and told me to return in a year for a sonogram to see if it has grown. Wore a wrinkled up scrub top and pants, no socks, and dress shoes. Looked unprofessional and gave me unprofessional service. I am a Registered Nurse so i know what should have taken place vs what did take place. Only CV surgeon i can go to because of my insurance. Guess I am SOL."
