"I realize that I personally am not their target demographic, but my money certainly is. When I questioned the girl at the counter about what's on sale and what isn't, she should be able to give me a better response then, "I don't know, I work up here". The store isn't organized well, and it was difficult figuring out what was on sale and what wasn't. There are better clothing stores out there. Old Navy was once a great store and brand, but their day has passed."

"I don’t know if it is true, but apparently if you buy any clothes online you cannot do an exchange if the fit isn’t correct (I just personally was given this explanation today when I tried to exchange clothes that didn’t fit). They can only give refunds if you buy online. That is disgusting and shameful practice for multiple reasons (ableist for consumers who have limited mobility and can only primarily shop online, horrible for people who receive items as gifts, and predatory way to get out of sale prices). I went in like most consumers and tried clothes on in store. I purchased online because the store didn’t have enough stock. Assuming I’d be able to exchange worst case scenario, but apparently not. There needs to be a legal disclaimer for this because it is extremely predatory. I’ll find a new store for pants, but just wanted to make sure this ridiculous practice was shared publicly."

"Ray!!!!!!!!! Saved the day. R Really he did. I have never had a bad experience at Old Navy but I’ve never had one grade enough to make me write a review so I grab the item off a rack this at a certain price when I got to the cashier it was a different price, so Ray walked with me to where I pick the shirts up And we checked the price together. He HONORED the price. I honestly thought he was gonna say”I’m sorry they were in the wrong place” Now I love it here and will be back."

"The girls in the store were nice but the maternity section was SHAMEFUL. There was a huge pole in the middle of the section and a messy round rack right next to it so I couldn’t get to the other half of the rack without walking all the way around… not considerate of the pregnant women TRYING to shop this sad little section. It was tiny and a total mess. One of the pairs of paints even had fuzz balls and PAINT all over like it had been worn. Gross. It’s obvious NO ONE even looks in this corner. Why even bother?? To top it all off the restroom was DISGUSTING. My husband and I left disappointed and without purchasing anything at all."
