"Nice store with good selection!"

"Excellent service at the Memorial Tulsa OK store....great designs....affordable prices....and "age appropriate" styles"...I'm 74 and don't want to wear polyester tank tops and leggings. Kristy was great to work with. She gave me valuable advice, picked out some additional items, helped with sizing, and found an item at another store and shipped it to my home. Her co-worker Mary was also helpful. They were short handed that day, but somehow managed to be polite to everyone (including the one shopper who wasn't) and kept things running smoothly. I hate shopping for clothes and it was "tax free" weekend so the mall was packed; but Kristy was so friendly and patient and turned a task I hate into a fun afternoon. I highly recommend this store and these two excellent employees."

"I love boutiques. In fact, as I travel, I make sure I place on my agenda to scout out minimally an upscale Chicos. What I am finding is that the trends of what is carried in some of the stores of various locales, may be of a different caliber. At this particular store the front and center push was on mere cotton casual with most seeming to be outdated. Yet. I was able to find some catalog items that satisfied my quest for something alluring while still sophisticated."

"I was in this store trying on pants for work and a person that works there treated me horribly. First of all I told her the pants I had in the dressing room were leggings she said” ‘No they’re not” As I am literally reading the word leggings on the tag. Then She says “People with thicker thighs just don’t like this style.” EXCUSE ME!!! BYE CHICOS The world isn’t only a size 2"

"I love Chico's clothes design and enjoyed their stores. Unfortunately, my experience at this store had me very disappointed on their customer service. I was looking for a casual outdoor jacket/coat. When I asked the Sales Associate if they have it in black. She said, "yes, we do. I have one just like this one and it's very nice." The jacket looks nothing like the one I asked about. I continued to asking her if they have any waterproof jackets/coats. She told me, "Chico's do not make waterproof clothes. You should go to a sports goods store. ""
