"Front desk staff is very rude, they were actively talking bad about me like everyone in the room couldn't hear them, very unprofessional, and they need to take notice of hippa, my appointment was at 1030 thru made me wait until after 11 while taking people straight back who came in the door, then when I say something they say I'm being aggressive, like I'm not allowed to say anything, poor help"

"First of all, would definitely be 5 stars with a receptionist change! Have seen 3 different doctors here and loved all of them!! They are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! However, the older lady that works the front desk is the problem, she is rude, unprofessional, and treats you as if she is better than you and she can not admit to making mistakes! Still trying to decide if I want to give them another chance and deal with the incompetent and rude receptionist again..."

"I love the Doctor Dingler brothers, and the staff in both the clinic and the ER are quite friendly and helpful. Dr. Len was great with my 5 yo son when he saw him for Influenza, and Dr. Chance went above and beyond to make arrangements for my 11mo daughter to have emergency outpatient surgery in a facility that suited her needs. Small town practice done right, thank you."

"Nocona Medical Center dr. dangler Brenda are very rude people they said I cussed on phone and I did not they screwed up my paper work hearing aid and took money for it they screwed up my physical therapy 3 times and took money for it and still have not got it right my caseworker even called and tried to get it straightened out these people do not care all they want is your money do not go to dr. dingler or do not go to dr. West Nocona Medical Clinic is the worst place ever I will beat making complaints everywhere Brenda actually lied and said I cussed on phone when I did not she raised her voice at me and I raced it back that's what happens"
