"Lunch hour rush. Staff super unorganized and taking food out to customers in lobby and making them wait for smoothies or not getting them for customers at all, making customers ask for them. I wanted to speak with manager and was told manager not there. I then asked how much long to wait for smoothie...had already waited 20 minutes at this point for food. Short, dark haired girl with glasses, green khaki pants rudely told me that if I didn't want to wait for my smoothie I could go back there and make it myself. No customer should ever be spoken to like that. Ever. Poor customer service... First Troplical Smoothie with wrap and it will be the last."

"First time in. Smoothies were horrible. Bad chemical aftertaste. We asked for no sugar. Apparently you need the sugar to cover what ever is actually in the smoothie. I know when I make smoothies at home I don't use sugar, but I use real fruit. Thanks but no thanks. Edit They sent me a $10 gift card. We tried another smoothie. It was better but not anything I would order again. We ordered a quesadilla, and it was ok. Appreciate the effort to make our experience better. We will give them another try ."

"Didn’t get served. Seemed as if the employees were hiding from us. Just myself and my boyfriend were in the store (no one was in the drive-thru), yet we waited a while and no one come to the counter even though there was 2 employees in the kitchen who obviously saw us. They seemed too busy holding their own conversation to handle company business."

"Some places like Tropical Smoothie in store menu are MISLEADING and DECEPTIVE in their pricing…ETC. YOU PAY FOR MORE SMOOTHIE THAT IS LEFT OVER AND DOES NOT FIT IN YOUR CUP. Smoothie Add - ins are listed as being .99, BUT IT DOES NOT SHOW THAT SUPPLEMENT ADD - INS ARE MORE MONEY….$1.59. I stopped eating most of the food, because it’s really terrible and NOT worth the money, after they stopped doing their weekly $5.00 special. 11/5/2023 Some current employees don’t seem to really care about being nice, listening when taking orders, spelling names correctly on orders….ALL THEY SEEM TO CARE ABOUT IS BEING LOUD, FAST, AND COMPETITIVE. I pretty much had my order thrown at me. They throw things around LOUDLY AND DROP THINGS LIKE THEY DON’T CARE. AND STAY IN THE BATHROOM A LONG TIME. BTW….it’s true customers MOST of you are …..UNAWARE THAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR MORE smoothie that does NOT fit in the cup size you are paying for…this is just one of the many reasons smoothies are OVERPRICED. Employees throw out OR EAT what does NOT fit in your cup."
