Taco Bueno

"I was out running errands late tonight and realized I needed to grab something to eat. I see the Taco Bueno that I have not been to in over a year because the last time the experience was terrible and the food was worse. Well the food tastes pretty good this time but after waiting in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes, the guy at the window hands me a bag with my platter inside, hanging sideways. I looked at him and thought 'he doesn't even see an issue with this.' I pulled over in the parking lot and open the box and saw exactly what I expected to given the position of the food in the bag. Additionally the salsa I asked for was not included. So while the food was okay, I'm still not ready to deal with the ridiculousness of this location. I realize it's fast food and I'm not expecting prime rib or anything spectacular, but a little common sense would help a lot."

"The worst Taco Bueno in world. Shorted my order and won't answer the phone. The guy working the drive through window was wearing his pants around his knees. I didn't think Sand Springs was ghetto enough to produce the crew that works here. They do not care about the quality of the food or the customer at all. Avoid this location at all costs until the get some effective management."

"Arrived at 6:40 pm. Placed order of 2 burritos and 2 drinks. There was one other person that had already recv their order and on one else there or in the drive thru. After waiting 50 min, we went up to the counter and asked about our food order. They stated they were busy and it would be about 45 more min to get our order. The staff was not doing anything but talking with each other. By that time there was another 4 customers that came in to place their orders, we stated to them we had been the waiting for an hr, they said thanks for letting them know and left. I don’t know what the employees had going on, but they were not working"

"Taco Bueno is been one of my all-time favorites. The menu has a good selection of quick and good American Mexican food. Always find something really good to eat. The staff is as usual friendly and courteous. This Taco Bueno was clean and orderly."

"Not happy with my experience at all. I ordered and had an issue with my bueno platter not having soft tacos which I asked for but, they corrected it and gave me two soft tacos but literally every single order after mine there were mistakes (at least 5 orders after) The people on the food line were wearing gloves but one was texting on his phone with his gloves on. I don’t know where his phone has been but I guarantee you they don’t have a space where his phone can be sanitized. Just awful. When I went to leave the manager on duty was on her phone and obviously upset about something because she walked across the parking lot upset. Someone needs to give a food handling 101. It’s one thing when my order is wrong but it’s another when I see someone texting and then grabbing a tortilla."
