"Update 3/26/24- Rib Crib sent me a $30 reward due to the bad experience. We decided to give them another shot tonight. Placed a to-go order for 4 meals for pickup around 6:45 PM. All food was hot, delicious and prepared correctly. Portions were large. Not a single family member had a complaint even the picky eater lol. I appreciate the offer to make it right, and I really appreciate the good experience in doing so. Thank you Rob Crib Sand Springs. Placed a to-go order for pickup, was supposed to be ready at 8:14 PM. Get there and took a minute to greet us but the young lady seemed like she was doing everything on her own. (She is the ONLY reason this review is 2 stars, otherwise it would have been 1) Was told my one sandwich and fries was plated for dine-in and give them 5 minutes to bag it up. Everyone who came in after me picked theirs up and left. 25 minutes later, I got my food. It was correct though; I’ll give them that. 5 mins to the house. Immediately get it out to eat and it’s barely like warm. Fries seem like they’ve been sitting out all day, not fresh at all. Sandwich bun is doughy, or soggy?? I can’t really tell, but I couldn’t even chew more than a couple of bites without gagging. Just not good food. I paid $10, which isn’t bad for a pulled pork sandwich, but it was really a waste of a meal and my money because I couldn’t even swallow down half of it. The fries are just disgusting themselves."

"Went in on a Tuesday evening wasn't very busy so we got seated quickly my food was ok but my friend order the catfish it came out barely cooked and cold and we received no refills on drinks"

"Horrible service! The waiter didn't put our order in correctly. My wife's food wasn't even ordered. Then when the food came out one plate at a time every 5 min, it was cold. Then to pay she set the card reader on the table and walked off with no instruction on how to use it. We will not be back to that rib crib."

"GOOD BBQ. It took a while to get our food, but was worth it. I called in a pick up order after the lunch rush. I went in to pick it up and felt extremely rushed. My order wasn't ready yet but I was told I could go ahead and pay for it. Which I did and then they told me to go back to my car and they would bring it out. Again, I felt rushed. There was indoor seating and it wasn't busy at all. I was never asked which spot I was parked in or what vehicle I was in. I made sure all windows were open because there were 3 other cars. The food was very good. The order was just like I asked. I took my daughter and granddaughter yesterday. They have a new menu. I tried a few things from the menu. The smokey chicken grille sandwich, the mother lode, and the brisket and bird. They are smaller portions, but real good."
