"Placed an order online, waited over 30 mins, 7 people came in and ordered after me and got their food before me, and 4 other people picking up mobile orders got their food before me after showing up 20 mins after me, not to mention the 4 other people that had messed up orders that got thier items before they even started my food. It was the 4th time and 25 mins later I asked before they said they were finally starting my order. Will not be coming back. Got home and the 3 bean and cheese burritos were beef and cheese, would be fine if my vegetarian wife could digest meat. And the potato taco was just sad."

"Used to go all the time. Stopped by tonight and had a TERRIBLE experience. There was on guy that was lovely, the rest, not so much. The lady that handed us our food acted as though it was a huge inconvenience to make a new drink because the Pepsi was flat and gross. She just dumped the Pepsi and poured root beer in it. Our burritos were made wrong and the tacos had barely any meat. When we called the store, the manager told my husband he was a liar and that she remembered the order and that it didn’t have sour cream… clearly there is sour cream in the burritos."
