"I've had two different occasions where I was giving the wrong food or drink. A place to call letting them know about it. They told me to come back when I could and they replace it. Both times whenever I went back they would not replace the food after I made a special trip back so they could correct their previous mistake. Not only that whenever they didn't make good on it on the first occasion. I placed an order and they got it wrong had to turn right back around and go back again to get them to take care of it. Has to be the worst Carl's Jr in Oklahoma at least"

"The moment I walked in I was greeted. Very friendly and outgoing staff and managers. Wasn't quite sure what I wanted to get. I was assisted by two managers immediately. They suggested and described some popular items and sides. Served me with the best customer service. Ended up getting a western burger with fried zucchini. 10/10. Definitely going back. Thank you! I believe the Managers were Kameron and Alexis?"

"I really like the food, it was always hold a special place in my heart, but this specific establishment has not been running up to speed so well recently. The employees tend to send out food that isn't fresh and has went cold, also I have had an employee snap at my aunt, it seemed that the employee was impatient with my aunt on how long it took her to order because there was five of us and we were helping her order correctly. Service shouldn't be like this, where you have to deal with an employee who is rude to you even when we were not a speck of rude to her at any point whatsoever. I can understand if we were being rude so she was rude back, but my family and I are never rude to service workers unless they are rude to us. So that was kind of a disappointment. But it's not the worst place, I'll still go there because it was only the one problem with that one employee. I recommend it for people who want some hearty juicy burgers or chicken. They're jalapeno poppers are amazing. The price is average, about the same as other fast food restaurants."

"I don't normally eat Carl's Jr., but today we decided to go there for lunch, because I saw a commercial and it looked good so we thought we'd give it a try. It was actually pretty good! We both got the California burger, and we both ate for under $15, which is great in these times! So we were overall pleased with the experience!"
