Little Caesars Pizza

"I believe This is the worst little caesar!!!! I called ahead to get a fresh pizza with light sauce, they were not busy at all I pulled up they gave me a pizza that had probably been sitting there all morning when I got home and realized this I drove all the way back to get a fresh one but they never even offered to remake one they just gave me my money back and said go on I was like wow and this is not the first issue of ordering with them it seems they never can get a order right,,last time at this location"

"The girl working is rude. Says outloud to her trainee that she doesn't care about the customers in line, he's new and the customers can either wait or go somewhere else. When she finally comes up front, she didn't ask who was next.. just helped a woman who had barely walked in. Guess who went somehwere else? Me. I did. She also had the phone off the hook. Business owner should get rid of her and hire 3 new people with common sense and decency, probably profit more."

"Ordered online. i get there and they couldn't find my order. I look up my order number and show them they then tell me they didn't make it .ill have to wait another twenty minutes. Then he finally brings out my pizza but is missing my crazy bread. I had to go in to get that. Once home the pizza wasnt even completely cooked. You could see the cheese on top of the pizza wasn't even melted. I was very disappointed in the service i received. I know everyone gets busy but once you mess up don't continue to mess up. I had to re-cook two of the 4 pizzas i ordered."

"Here is what to expect every time from this location : 1.Don't bother calling, they don't answer. If you ask inside they say they have phone problems, you can then dial and hear it ring while you stand there. 2. Hot and Ready will be warm at best and there will be no selection. 3. Any special advertised on their windows as Hot and Ready will not be. When asked why they advertise it they will tell you "because corporate makes us" 4. The prices on the menu board are probably wrong and you will pay more. 5. Nobody cares if you get good service or not. 6. Be prepared to wait a half hour or more, you have to order at the counter since they don't answer the phone and no I'm not going to put another app on my phone. 7. More than once I have ordered, waited, and then found out they forgot to make my order. 8. Corporate has never responded to emails or phone calls about these problems. If you really want Little Caesars you will actually save time driving to the other side of town. Do not waste your time at this location."

"I asked about the pricing difference from the menu and what they actually charge on the meal deal and they said they couldn’t help me that they don’t change the bulletin board price. That’s great but you need to change what you’re actually charging you’re not gonna change it on the board. The meal deal with a 2 L and crazy bread says seven dollars but they charge $7.50 for that meal deal. May not seem like much but they’re doing this for every meal deal they send out that door."
