"Our order was incorrect, I was not offered a receipt,and there was a PLASTIC BOTTLE CAP in the Taco Salad. Next time I will be sure to tell them to hold the plastic parts! They refunded the meal but didn't seem terribly concerned about the bottle cap. Very disappointed. I used to really like Taco Bueno."

"Ordered several items. Didn't receive the bags of chips I was supposed to. The queso was cold. Both taco bowls were soggy and stale. The burritos were extremely tough yet somehow extremely soggy at the same time. There was hardly any rice, beans, or guacamole on any of the items, although it was indeed paid for like the rest of the items. Save your money, time, and emotions and go somewhere that won't disappoint you. Maybe Taco Bell, or Taco Mayo."

"You guys need to work on your store. You forgot 3 of my items on my last visit. The tacos were so barren of ingredients. It was pathetic. The almost $3 burritos had barely any beans in them whatsoever. It was mostly flour tortilla, which was hard and crispy on the edges. This is yall's third strike with me and my family. And I'm NOT sorry to say I will NOT be returning to your Moore store."

"Update a year later 12-29-23. No improvements on 12th & Sante Fe in Moore, Ok. It's become worse. Absolutely horrible experience. Drive through order at 7:42pm. Order number 121258. Both party quesadillas were burnt so bad they smelled my house up. BOB burrito was about 1 inch rolled with very little contents. Chilada platter had about a tea spoon of rice and same for beans. No guac or sour cream at all. Was in a typical to-go box, not a platter with a plastic lid. Chips were very stale. Party tostada had all the ingredients slopped on the side of the box it came in. You could see nothing was ever placed on the tostada shell itself. Tried to call store and rings a few times, then a busy signal. Tried the review website on the receipt, website not working. Unbelievable. I'm attaching photos. We just threw the food in the trash and went to BWW. They seem to care about their customer's value and experience. Please think about where you spend your money! Older review: Food and quantity really sub-par. Taco Bueno was really, really good up until a few years ago. They have went dowhill since. Just like everything in 20,21, and 2022 the quantity of food has shrunk and the prices have skyrocketed. But at least fast food places should make it palatable. I guess as long as the shareholders continue getting their dividends the have no reason to enforce quality food throughout the country. I keep going back after about a year and it's worse each time."

"Ordered my food, received my food promptly, and the lady at the counter was very nice. The lobby was clean as well as the restrooms. Everything was decently priced considering the times we are I'm. I got the party platter. Came with two party burritos and two tacos as well as my drink. Went during the day. And I'd recommend this place based off that experience."
