"Came in around 6 in the evening this Friday and seated immediately. Our server was Attentive and never let our tables drinks get lower than half full before bringing us new ones. Our food was out fast , my steak was a little overdone but the manager was walking the floor and just so happened to ask how our food was. She was super sweet and had the kitchen manager remake it to my liking. In short the Space was clean and service was fast and pleasant. A step up from any chillis I’ve been too!"
"Took my mom for lunch around 2:50pm. There was hardly anyone in the building. We were sat down by the host and never waited on again. I believe we waited approximately 10 minutes. My mom told the host our issue and why we were leaving. The host replied “oh okay.” (Update) -3/19/24 To owner: I submitted via the provided link. Thank you for looking into this!! Much appreciated."
"Love the remodel!! It looks so much nicer inside, and no more dripping vents!! The Philly CheeseSteak sandwich and Mac n cheese were delicious. Our server was wonderful! I did not catch his name, but he had a handlebar mustache and was a bartender/server trainer. We hadn't been going because the food and service weren't great our past few visits, but decided to give it a try again. We will now be going more often, as we had a much better experience!"
"I was sent home with 3 uncut southwest egg rolls. Two of which could not have been cut. Why? Because they both burst open in the fryer. How do I know? Because they were spread open, and virtually empty. They went directly into the trash. Therefore, you ripped me off. I have photo documentation for all things mentioned above. I tried to call the store, unfortunately the girl that couldn't help me, left me on hold for almost 4 minutes. I tried, and you did not, by sending out, two uncut, nasty, empty egg rolls. I know the person responsible has the ability of sight. What I question is their ability to care. I received a message from them asking for a review, so, here it is."
"Another great meal here. The steak was cooked perfectly. Loaded mash potatoes and broccoli were excellent as well. Waitress was very attentive and personable. Excellent meal all around. Got the dip trio again and the skillet queso and white queso were perfect as well and came out well ahead of our meal. Much better than the other Chilis I visited and reviewed."
