"Halfway through Crunchwrap I found the source of the burned plastic smell inside the wrapper. Some kind of black, tar-like, liquid substance that can’t even be scrubbed off my hands and smells like chemicals. It was running all down the inside of the wrapper. The disturbing part is I ate a lot of it and have a numb bitterness on my tongue now."

"There is nothing fast about this Taco Bell. It is the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever had the misfortune of ordering from. On top of that the employees are rude. No one apologized for the absurd wait, not did they indicate why it took almost an HOUR to get my order through when there was one car ahead of me. On to the food. So the only thing positive about this experience is a paid for 9 items and there was actually 9 items in the bag! Sadly of those 9 items only 7 were items I ordered. Instead of 2 chalupas with nacho cheese I got two Doritos hard shell tacos that someone angrily threw in a piece of paper and smashed with an anvil, similar to the free tacos from jack in the box except jack in the box puts their ingredients inside the shell. Pretty obvious that night crew is struggling with fast food basics 101."

"I had a big order, and it was accurate. The food tasted good, too. The only issue I had (which is a company thing) is I order ahead to avoid the wait. But it seems they don't start making the order till you arrive."

"I waited 25 min in the drive through. Most of the cars in line left instead of waiting the obscene amount of time for thier food. I ordered one order of nachos. For a little under $3, I got 17 very small chips and 2 oz. of nacho cheese. I dont know how the qualifies as "nachos". I get better nachos at the soccer field concessions stand for less. It was very frustrating and at the same time so silly. It will be a very long time before I will be back to this location."

"The food was pretty good for Taco Bell. However, this store seems to be focused on quantity and not quality. The A/C wasn’t working either! Hope they have that fixed quickly. I placed a mobile order for in store pick up. I stood by the counter when I arrived and waited. Cashier ask if she could help me and I said I had a mobile order. Another employee called out a dine in order and asked if he could help me. Again, I said I had a mobile order. After waiting a bit, i pulled out my phone to see if my order was ready or being made. The app said it was ready. So the next guy that came to counter and asked if I needed anything, I said the app says my order is ready. So he asks my name and looks for my order. After a short stint, he finds it bagged up by the drive thru window. When I got it, the mexican pizza was missing the extra sour cream I paid for and it was smashed, leaking out the side. Apparently, someone threw my burrito in on top of the Mexican Pizza. They made me a new one without argument. The employee helping me the most had excellent customer service. The cashier doesn’t. She seemed mad at the world. One lady came in from drive thru because they gave her crunchy taco instead of the soft taco. She brought the crunchy taco inside with her. The cashier made her return to her car and get the receipt so she could see how it was rung up before she agreed to give her the soft taco she ordered. I was shocked they didn’t just give her a soft taco for simple customer satisfaction. The face lift on the inside is nice, but there are no menu boards. They do have a flip chart menu available on the counter. And there are 5 self order kiosks. So obviously Taco Bell is pushing everyone away from customer service employees and wanting you to order your own food. Which works for me, but I know a lot of people who would go elsewhere or take forever to work the self ordering kiosks."
