"Went there to get some Mt Dew real quick, chose the best deal, signage for the deal( but the deal has been going on for months), get to register n it was a more expensive price.. employees had no clue what to do,how to fix or understand it's against the law to advertise one price but get a different higher price at the register. Tried calling the store to speak to the manager n no one will answer the phone"

"Don't even bother. I am not exaggerating, every time we have went there, they are either out of everything, or they are closed. Place is garbage."

"Too many times have I been to the 21st and just east of memorial location and had the most absolute horrible customer service experience. I've lived close by for going on 11 yrs now. Employee change, management change, doesn't matter.... As one of the LAST persons to pull the race card.... Guess what... My privilege gets me terrible service and looked down upon at this place of business. The theft from the "card pullers" is unbelievable while management looks the other way. I've seen it too many times. While I've been told I cannot wait outside with my small breed dog, while my lady friend shops because of loitering. Basically the treatment of this establishment is one sided, unfair, pathetic, and what the victims of hatred cry about... All the while portraying the same mentality of victimizing that these people thrive off being the victims of and no one has the back bone to stand up and say ANYTHING ABOUT due to fear of being "labeled" about... so that is why I am boycotting this location after close to 11 yrs of shopping there."

"Great experience, lots of traffic inside and out but the staff was great. The staff said hi the minute I walked in the line was short. Everything was picked through because of the high traffic but what they did have was attempted to be organized."
