"I was really wanting a breakfast burrito this morning and sent my partner to grab breakfast from this Sonic. Years ago, a Sonic burrito meant a fluffy, soft tortilla with yummy filling of eggs and cheese and meat. But this was so nasty this morning. The tortilla was almost stale, looked and felt like paper. The sausage seemed overcooked but also old. It was just gross. I didn’t finish it. I never thought I’d have to check Google reviews on a chain like Sonic but this is 2024. Everything is overpriced and the quality is terrible."

"I've been waiting for 15 minutes for a drink, which by itself is bad enough. My issue is that the according to the computer screen my order was delivered five minutes ago. They are marking orders as complete so their ticket times look better for the management. I pushed the red button and nobody answered. I had to honk my horn to get someone to come outside. The girl was incredibly rude and never brought my drinks. I had to call customer service to get a refund."
