"The new smashburger was actually good. The customer service was horrific. I placed my order online and used the drive through to pick up the food. The lady handed my order to me without saying a single word. I asked if there was ketchup in the bag and she smiled at me and closed the window. Ridiculous to spend that amount of money and be treated that way."

"About the only good thing I can say about the one on Lawrence Rd is the food is okay. The employee's could care less about you. I waited for 20 minutes for two tacos. There were no other orders inside, maybe one or two in drive thru. Went up to ask about my order, every single employee was sitting in the office, they saw me but never even bothered to greet me. Stood there for 5 minutes before they got a drive thru customer and finally got someone to actually help me. Then they tried to give me my cold taco's that apparently had been sitting there for who knows how long. Never offered to remake them, but at that point I wouldn't have took them if they had. Then acted offended that I didn't want the cold ones and my money back. If you want Jack in the box, I suggest going to the one on central."

"Every time we drive into Wichita Falls we have brunch at Jack! Tacos are always fresh and freshly made it seems, honestly, if there is any wait time do not mind but I am an understanding kind of person being that we are not the only human beings in this world buying the most incredible tacos. Employees are always very nice and attentive. Great Job guys keep up the good work can't wait for the next visit!"

"Empty parking lot and now I know why! I was the only one in line at the drive thru and it took 30 minutes to get my food. When I finally got it, some of it was cold. There were 4 or 5 employees, so I'm not sure if they were new employees or what was the problem. I've noticed many times passing by this Jack n the box that the parking lot is almost always empty and it's most definitely the service. Get it together or it'll get worse. It's not the town because other fast food like Chick-fil-A has cars around the building waiting in the drive thru!"

"I don't really know what to say about this place. The food is not really great. The service is just okay. However, I keep coming back. So, that must say something. I know this is a burger joint, but I don't even know if I have ever had a burger here. I always get tacos. I always go through the drive through window too. The tacos really hit the spot after a late night of drinking. So, definitely give it a try."
