"It should not take 35 total minutes to get my single biscuit meal at drive thru. The girl just threw the bag at me at the window and did not say thank you. Rude and unprofessional. On top of that, the order was wrong and the hash browns were soggy. I will not be back at this location."

"Have ordered from this location a few times and it is usually clean and staff is friendly! I will say the wait times can be a little crazy sometimes and I often have to go back inside to get missing items (mostly sauce cups lol), but they are usually very nice and quick to assist!"

"Food was okay. Had 4 people order and all of it was a mess. We did catch them at 3 in the morning and they were unprepared. There was some police in the parking lot that had them pretty distracted as well. May be good on anywhere time, just had a bad experience."

"Wichita Falls, TX has three locations in this small town. This location in McNeil is quite busy, each day. The lunch rush begins at breakfast. Today, is no exception. The parking lot and drive-thru are full. The inside dining area had plenty of seating for a crowd of people. It was clean and tidy. The drink area was fully stocked and clean. Nothing to complain about here. Today, we had a good seat near the window. The table was clean and so was the floor area beneath the table. Our food was delicious, made exactly as we ordered. It was prepared fresh and delivered to our table hot and fast. The dining room guest associate delivered our meal, made certain we had napkins, ketchup, salt and pepper. Later, she revisited our table to check on drink refills and take away our trash. We ordered the Patty Melt Burger meal on regular buns, with fries, and a drink. Also, we ordered the Sweet N Spicy meal, junior sized, onion rings, and drink. If you haven't tried their fried pies, please, give them a try. They are so good! Crunchy and made fresh to order. I had appple fried pie. Too hot to eat and had to let it cool down, first. Both our meals were delicious! Tasty! Freshly made and hot. We had an enjoyable dining experience at this Whataburger location."
