"Service is terrible. You have to wait to be seated a lot longer than you you did back when they stayed packed full capacity back when first opened. There are only two or three waitresses, about six tables with two or three people at them,they say that they are so busy. I hate going there anymore."

"Food was decent. And the service with the lady we had was great. She was super nice. Wasn’t to loud with all the people there either. Only thing I would complain about is the tables were to small against the windows. Two small tables that wobbled. But other than that it was a good alternative to the pancake festival."

"Not sure if yesterday was just a bad day or if this is normal for this IHop. We normally don't come to this one. Came in and there were a few ladies already waiting to pay for their takeout. We waited several minutes and no one even tried to greet us. Finally, after several people piled in after us, a young man showed up to take us to a table. He asked how many and that was the end of his conversation with us. He didn't ask us to follow him or let us know that our waitress would be with us. We sat and waited again for a few minutes for a waitress to finally arrive. The restaurant was not super busy but did have a few people in it. Our waitress wasn't very attentive. My eggs and hashbrowns were cold however, my husband said his were fine. Our pancakes came out when we were about halfway done with the other plate, but they were at least hot. The whole meal didn't come out in a timely manner. Overall the meal wasn't horrible but it could have been much better."

"Good service and food. I'm especially happy to see they have protein pancakes. They were good and very filling. I order a short stack and was full after eating just one. This helped take away some of the guilt of having pancakes & didn't destroy the diet"
