"The place was packed, but the service was still fast and the staff was so friendly and on top of it! Sat at the bar and the manager Lisa jumped in to help out the bartender, she was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Drinks were great, ordered some appetizers as well and they were there quickly and were delicious as usual."

"Went there 6 to 8 years ago and had the worst service ever. So went there again with wife and Mother not long ago. The waitress was new and tried her best to get us what we wanted. The bartender didn't know how to mix anything, the food was not good and took too long to get the food. This place needs to get new management and better employees. Pretty bad when a place can't improve over many years. They have seen us 2 time but won't ever again in Wichita Falls, Texas. Maybe somewhere else but not here."

"This Applebee’s is clean and has plenty of parking! My bartender was friendly and attentive, and it seemed like most of the staff cared and takes pride in their work. I came in after a long drive on the road and spent a few hours at the bar. My bartender was very attentive and made sure I never had an empty glass for very long. The food was very good and came out in a timely manner as well! The only downside is the “less fortunate” people outside who are screaming into the sky. Other than that, no complaints!"

I had the amazing cocktail which was blue, large and yummy. The staff was friendly and attentive, our server was absolutely a star. I'd definitely recommend Applebee's."
