"They pick and choose what rules of theirs they're going to inforce and they are income based so if your a family of 5 make sure you don't make over 45,600 cause according to them you'll make too much and kick you and your family out and not have compassion that you've got 3 little kids that will more then likely end up in a shelter cause daddy makes too much and there's nothing else out there that we can afford."
