"The place is reasonably priced and the remodels they have completed so far are very very nice. However the ceilings are thin so you can hear your neighbors walking everytime they move. And if they have a child that runs and plays, that can be a bit daunting to hear all the time. The neighbors ARE very nice though!! And the manager and maintenance people are very friendly and helpful. They answer the phone all hours of the day and night! They come to check the furnace filter on a regular basis, maintain pest control monthly and do all the other expected care as quickly as possibly or on the schedule that is expected by rules and regs. The laundry facility has several washers and dryers. I've not experienced a wait for one in the time I have lived here but I also wouldn't expect the wait be long if there was one as everyone seems pretty respectful of the fact that they are a community resource. There is a tornado shelter available. I have not went to it yet,no need, but it is centrally located (basement of the laundry facility). There is a gazebo for sitting in that is fairly big, my family could easily sit there and enjoy a meal I'd I took it over there with me! There is also PLENTY of grass space to let the kids play and run and just be kids or to have big picnics! They do allow pets with an additional pet deposit and 25 per month fee. I have seen pets and they are well behaved and on leashes (dogs) when in public areas. Overall not a bad place to live."
