"My son and his girlfriend moved in this month.Apt wasn’t cleaned walls wasn’t painted .Refrigerator was broke all of there food was spoiled.Told my son call there rental insurance.Lady did no walk threw with them.They had to pay for everything up front before both of them received the keys to do a walk threw.Very terrible place.Both of them has got the run around by the manager that rents the apt out.I told my son we will be getting a hold of Ed are lawyer .They have pictures of everything.This is terrible."

"I filled out the application and paid the $40 application fee, $100 admin fee, and $200 deposit. I was told they needed all that money to hold the apartment for me while my application processed. I got a phone call 20 minutes later that I was denied for bad credit and they will sent out a refund check for $300. It has been over 3 weeks and still no check. First excuse was they had to wait for my money to clear. I paid by credit card and it was taken out of my account immediately. Second excuse was the check was returned because they put the wrong zip code on it. But I got the letter explaining the decline just fine. Now I'm still waiting and nobody returns my calls. I'm in the process of talking to Mike McKnight and a small claims attorney. This is a horribly run business."

"I love our apartment. We have been here for like 5 months now and I definitely dont think it deserves all the bad reviews. There are somethings that kinda suck but I feel like the pros outweigh the cons, and this place really doesnt deserve the 1 star it has. Pros; Good price. Its fairly renovated. Its pet friendly (which took us FOREVER to find). Its a good size. Neighbors are friendly. Landlords are friendly. If theres ever an issue theyre pretty quick to take action. It comes with appliances. There was someone that complained about whatever salt they used irritating their dogs paws but we never had an issue with that. Cons; The parking lot is unreasonably small, a lot of people have to park on the side of the road. The dog poop bags and trash is very neglected. People like to smoke in the building which is annoying but its also a smoke friendly apartment so. When we moved in there were some things that were not cleaned well and some touch ups that looked kinda sloppy. The office is out in Omaha. Theres no amenitys which does kinda suck."

"Good luck trying to get a hold of someone. After my husband, myself and my mother tried to get a hold of someone for 3 weeks we finally got a hold of someone letting us know they just rented out their last unit that day. Finally got an email back saying they had no available units available. 5 days later there is a post for an open unit not until 3 months from now, but still. And I never got a reply to my second email. They are nice apartments. We used to live there years ago. But getting a hold of someone is a disaster."

"Horrible place to live waited two weeks to get into the apartment for some reason and when we got it none of the keys work even though we had to drive all the way to Omaha to get the keys there's dog poop all over the yard nobody ever picks it up or cleans up after themselves. It stinks like cigarette smoke all over the place. never anywhere to park way to expensive for what's here can't wait to get out of the lease. Management is well over their head with this property living and operating out of Omaha. They always tell you a problem is getting addressed or were working on the problem or something along those lines but the problem never seems to be solved I would not recommend living or renting from any of the elevate living properties you will be horribly disappointed."
