"Rarely do I ever leave negative reviews. But unfortunately my experience wasn’t positive. In town for my son’s hockey tournament, everything was going accordingly, after our stay we had woke up and went to his early game at 8am. Games are only a hour so we decided we’d leave our personal belongings in our room and come back after since checkout was at 11:00. We arrived back after at 9:30am, go to our room and it was empty. Nobody around for a while the front desk lady came up to help, and she was very apologetic, but stated that the cleaning lady seen us leave and decided to clean our room once we left. Normally this wouldn’t be a big deal but our personal items were tampered and with. My white hat I just bought smelled of cleaner and had water marks all over it (showed the staff) My daughter had bought $60 of pokemon cards at Walmart and they were all thrown together as she took care to organize. When asked what can be done about this, was told the owner who was in Texas at the time of I’ll get back to me. The front desk lady said she couldn’t do anything about it but seen what had happened with proof. I wrote my number down on the owners business card and she assured me he would get back to me by Tuesday when back from Texas. Fast forward to weeks later and two phone calls later I have not heard from anybody. I had about $100 in damaged items, all our food items thrown away that we were gonna use for the ride home."

"Overall, it was an average hotel and stay. The room was clean, however, we did notice that the heat/air conditioning unit was dirty and not sure the last time it was cleaned or serviced. It wouldn’t blow cold air, and it was musty. We woke up with a dry cough. The shower head was a little disgusting as the picture shows. Small bathroom and a loose toilet seat. The beds were ok, not very comfortable. The emergency lighting units in the hallways did not illuminate when you pushed the test button, and 1 of them was stuck due to someone painting it. Which is a life safety fire code violation!! The exit doors and the doors to the rooms did not shut properly. You had touch and/or pull them shut. Overall, we probably won’t stay there again…we will spend a little more for the Marriott Fairfield Inn or the Holiday Inn Express."

"They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 12am. I didn’t have to wait. Front desk Sam is a big plus here and very friendly and hospitable. The service as exceptional and would definitely recommend a friend here"
