"Stayed here for work about a month . Had a different room every week and not one of the beds were worth a darn!! They were all worn out and didn’t get a good nights rest the whole time. I wouldn’t stay here on my own dime that’s for sure!"

"Stayed there for a weekend, left, and was home for a few days and bed bug bites popped up all over my body. Could be a one off thing but I doubt it"

"The room was disgusting. It was obvious that no one had vacuumed as there were toenail and fingernail clippings all over the floor, someone’s dirty towel was left under the bed, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the sink did not drain properly, the a/c was having a hard time keeping up even though it was less than 80 degrees outside. Upon complaining no one offered to clean our room or get us a new room it was just simply stated that they would speak with the housekeeping staff and nothing more was done. If I could give this place negative stars I definitely would."

"The cleanliness of the rooms really bring the rating down, and looking at the other reviews of this place, it’s not surprising. The lobby was immaculate… Why can’t the rooms be clean and nice like that? Our bathroom had mold on the wall/ceiling near the exhaust fan, meaning the fan was probably not doing the best job. It did sound like it was an airplane about to take off. Super loud. Immediately when we walked into our room, you could see food or something all over the carpet. Apparently they don’t own a vacuum? Just before we left, my husband dropped something on the floor and I bent down to lift the bed skirt to see if I could find it… Only to find an old towel under the bed from who knows how long ago. Disgusting. Oh! And there was a single black washcloth near the sink (among all the white linen they give you) with a little sign saying “if your intended use will cause a stain, please use this”… Like more cleaning will just kill them; I don’t think they clean enough. The fridge barely got cold. The bed was loud and slightly uncomfortable; pretty sure prisoners sleep on better beds. We were only given 3 pillows (for two people?) and 2 towels. We were there for 2 nights so I don’t understand only having 2 towels. There was never anyone at the front desk when I came and went during the day. Obviously someone works there, though, because my husband was able to check us in on the first day. Only person I really seen was the night worker. There is no back door for those that park in the back so if there is no parking up front, you have to park clear in the back and walk around the entire building to get in. We came back the second night super late from a wedding and we definitely didn’t feel comfortable. The woman who checked us out seemed polite though even though we didn’t say much and vice versa. It was a mediocre hotel; honestly not the worst I’ve stayed in but I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. There are better options in Fremont."

"Worst experience ever! First room we were given smelled extremely musty & got worse as soon as the air conditioner was turned on. Asked for a new room and were given a dirty one! Went back to the desk and they said it would take a while to get it cleaned. Said forget it at that point & asked for a refund. Manager was finally able to just cancel the reservation after about 10 minutes. Went a mile down the road & checked into a different hotel, plus we saved $20!!!"
