"Messing up insurance, still had to pay after insurance "paid", and each visit the front desk staff look stare at you like you're from space. Weirdest vibes I've ever gotten. No problems with manager or doctor. Front staff need to get off their phones. Never giving them my money again. EDIT: After discussing with corporate, I want to reiterate this is not about the money. It's about customer service. Lack thereof means a business doesn't value customers who pay their salaries."
