"Be prepared to wait over 1.5 hours after your scheduled appointment to be even called seen. I bring different people here and it's always the same. No respect for people's time."

"Must be a busier day here at the office, waited almost 45 minutes for my appointment. Been here in total for almost 2 hours and I’m still waiting. For starters, I’ve been a patient here since I was a toddler. I’ve seen both Dr Grady and Dr Kreshal. I don’t have any complaints about them, they’re both great! This is more about their staff. I’m sitting in my room waiting to be seen and can clearly hear them in the hall speaking of other patients and giggling and just being loud and obnoxious. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion."

"Had the pharmacy send over a fax for refills little over two weeks ago call today to pick them up and I have no refills call the doctor and get nothing but voicemails"

"My husband is in the military and currently over a thousand miles away from me. I have hypothyroidism and have been trying to get into the doctor for awhile now. With Tricare, that's slightly difficult. This office is the most disorganized. I was told to send them my complete medical history, waited two weeks, called back. And they said they didn't have it. I called my previous doctor offices and they all said they had sent them. I called back and they said they had them, and I proceeded to set up an appointment. I went in on time, and they said i was late and could not get in today. Worst office ever."
