"I see Carrie about 99% of the time I go in. The staff is personable and always friendly. I expressed to them that I hope they never have a staff change. I don't know what I would do with out them. Great staff! I would give 10 stars if I could!"

"Was diagnosed with mild carpal tunnel syndrome and the doctor’s response when I asked her what the treatment plan was was just to do nothing and then we will address it with surgery once it gets severe. Great plan… had to advocate for myself just to get any kind of referrals for treatment. Would absolutely give zero stars if I could."

"I had to switch away from them. I just started seeing them because of the convenient location. I cant get anyone to answer the phone ever. They try and get ahold of me. I call back. I cant get the appointment people or the care team. Is there no one around the phones? When I went there thw place was empty of patients and 5 people were sitting by phones and many others just walking around. Are you ignoring phone calls? Any way after a couple weeks of trying i thought id try and schedule an appointment I cant even do that so you must not want my service. Has anyone else had this happen or maybe they see my number and refuse it. Anyway. Update. They sent me a letter stating they werent able to leave a voicemail. That is a lie. They did leave me voicemails. I called them back. Once again. I tried to reach them at least 10 times and it went straight to their voicemail. They are not answering their phones. And lying about my voicemail situation. Their voicemail is always the same. Its a man who stumbles on his words. It never rings. Insulting they sent me that letter."

"Very disappointing! I got an appointment to see Dr. Ellis at 10:30 and filled out all the paperwork and signed documents the day before where it said to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived at 10:05-not 1 person in the waiting room or behind the desk. When the receptionist came out to check me in she said I would have to reschedule because I was late. I was 25 minutes early -with paperwork and history done online the day before. It said online to arrive 15 minutes early. She then checked with the doctor via instant messaging if she would still see me and the doctor said I would have to reschedule. I had to take time off work and make arrangements to get to this clinic. They had no regard for me or my time. It was an awful experience to be treated that way when seeking medical care. And by the reviews, I can see I am not the first to be treated this way. This is not right. Don't go to this clinic."

"Pros: Dr. Ellis is thorough with her physical exam, and all staff members are very welcoming and friendly. Cons: They take a minimalist approach to wellness testing. Additional labs that are part of annual preventative care exams at other facilities will be an additional charge to you (the patient) if you choose to have them done. Additionally, upon notifying the clinic of my concern, staff are avoiding answering my questions and have made me call my insurance company multiple times to try to determine coverage of simple preventative care charges."
