"Only went here because a co-worker gave me a free wash (signup via text/email). Severely disappointed. I would have been better off throwing that voucher in the trash. That "free" wash cost me a windshield wiper being ripped off and a brand new scratch on my quarter panel. Skip this place and use touchless."

"I used to love coming here. However in January, they increased my price by over 33% without notice. When I went into the facility to discuss it with a manager, they said there was nothing they can do because everything is ran by the website, and everyone was moved to the higher pricing in January 2024. I put in a BBB complaint as well. The customer service representative explained after the BBB complaint that they were bought out by a larger company and there have been several failures since the new company rollout. I think it's important I share this experience with others."

"UPDATE: I received a prompt reply email and will be receiving a full refund. Thank you for so quickly and expertly handling my issues and for your courtesy doing so. It is a very nice place, though for sure! I just discovered that I like washing our vehicles myself by hand. Thank you again! VERY unhappy. I just found out that after cancelling my services MONTHS ago they have still been charging me $82.37 a month! Unbelievable! I will gladly change my review if they provide me an agreeable remedy (REFUND) for all the months they've wrongly taken my money."

"This location is where I always take my car for a car wash. The lines are quick, attendants are friendly and processional, they have optional washes at reasonable prices, and plenty of stalls are available after the wash to dry off and/or clean out your car. Even my dog doesn’t mind going through the car wash!"

"I had a flat tire and made it to Russell Speeder thankfully. It was literally below freezing! Two very kind employees (Zach and I don’t know the other man’s name) offered to help and changed the tire for me, which took a long time. It was so difficult to get the lug nuts off, Zach’s hand was even bleeding, but he kept working and got it changed. He was so kind! I am grateful! I love Russell Speeder. It’s always very clean, and the employees are always kind, helpful, and friendly."
