"M. Catherine.... The experience I recently had with great plains uniform store was extremely horrible. The agency I work for allow us to wear the pink embroidered shirts in dedication of breast cancer awareness month of October. I ordered pants, two shirts a plain shirt and a pink embroidered shirt on September 28, 2023. The order took way too long and when it finally came the pink embroidered wasn't with it. It was one excuse after the other. Finally October 18th got a voice mail stating the pink embroidered shirt was ready for pick up. I get there to pick up the shirt and to my amazement! It wasn't finished, I told the lady that sold it to me that the embroidery wasn't finished and this very rude man/manager..didnt know his name said to me as he walk pass me "Well we can't read minds we don't know unless you tell us". His words were rude and very condescending. I have been getting my uniforms from that store for years. But never again. I even ask if they could give me a discount since it took so long and the shirt wasn't finished. She said that I will get a discount on my next order..Well it will never be a next time!!!"

"Went there looking for some comfortable work boots and they offered a great selection of boots and even had smaller size boots for women. The staff is extremely friendly and acknowledges you as soon as you enter the store. They are also very knowledgeable about the products they sale. This store will have my business and I will refer my co-workers to their store as well."
