"My friend recommended this place because she loves it! So I went about a month ago with my mom and sister for spring outfits. Customer service was amazing and kind! Not pushy and trying to sell you stuff, but helpful and at your service to collect the clothes you carried around and put it in the dressing room when you’re ready! They weren’t overwhelming and only offered to help/offer advice when asked. My sister and I got several dresses and other clothes that fit so well!! I have been to many other similar clothing boutiques/shops such as Madida, Francesca’s, Altar’d State, etc, and have never had the success as I did this day! The clothes were actually cut well and were true to their size. Material is quality and doesn’t feel cheap and the pieces are not “carelessly sewn together” if you will. This is not to say Madida, Francesca’s, and Altar’d state aren’t quality, I just haven’t had the same amount of satisfaction as I have at Mesh. Since then, my sister and I have worn all of the outfits we bought (about 6) and they are good quality and adorable! Great find, I recommend Mesh!"

"It’s a shame you guys have such cute clothes but have such awful employees. First off, having an employee come knocking on your fitting room door every 4 minutes asking how the sizes fits gets obnoxious and made me feel extremely rushed to get out of there. Second, my friend just went in to try on dresses and when asked if they had the dress she liked in a large (she just had a baby two months ago as if that should even matter) the sales clerk laughed and said “probably not”. That is absurd! Fine if you don’t carry size large (EVEN THOUGH YOU SHOULD) But to laugh in her face as if needing a size large is a bad thing is the reason there is body dismorfia and anorexia.... because of people like that sales clerk who represent Mesh’s brand! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves."

"I have relatives that love this store. I recently purchased a several items for gifts & was told their return policy was either exchange for different item or different size or get a gift card for the returned items. Two of the items that were bought did not fit well so when we tried to return them, we were then told that sale items were not returnable at all. It would be very nice to know that when purchasing the item. I will rethink purchasing at Mesh again. I rated the service poor only because of their return policy."
