"Everyone there is fantastic! Except Tuesday 1 older lady that works there. She's short with glasses ... very rude... has no customer service skills.... when she doesn't like a certain person come up to her register when she is working, she will put your things in a bag and slam that bag onto the counter. Every time.bshe does it to me. I've been worming in customer service for 20 years and I'll be dammed if I ever act that way with the public. I've been a manager before and my employees have never acted like how she does. She never says have a good day, never smiles, hands you your change and never tells you how much is backhand never counts back to you. I'm a general manager now, and if I get an employee that acts like she does with people. I would fire her on the spot! Either use friendly customer service or laid off. How she is is ridiculous. She is very slow. Takes her time when she has a line of more than 3 customers in line. She does not care. Unless things change for the better SOON, I will not come back to that location. Everh time I am there I spend well over $100 and I will take my money elsewhere."

"Absolutely worst location for customer service or lack there of. Staff member who has been at the register the last 4 times I have shopped there, has zero customer service skills. She will have a line of people waiting at the register, but will take several minutes to wipe something off of a bottle and not even acknowledge the customers before she will start checking anyone out. She never says any sort of a greeting or thank you or have a good day, even if you say it to her. I am appalled that she continues to have a job after how poorly she treats you as a customer. Go somewhere else!!!"

"i live in the apartment complex right next door to this store and went into this family dollar for the first time. didn’t even recognize who was the actual staff member as they were wearing sweatpants and a hoodie. the staff member couldn’t even mumble something as small as “hi”. as convenient as this location is for me, i will not be going back. this place would be better closing down altogether than operate half staffed while allowing isles to be messy."
