"Gary helped me more than any store has over the phone. If I could teleport my bike there it would be there now, but with the info he gave me I may be able to fix my bike alone. If not I know you I'm willing to drive 3hrs for to look at it. Next customer service I've had hands down"
"On a trip from HD120 back to CO picked up a slow leak saturday night. Found this place who was actually open on a Sunday. The gentleman cleared out his garage, got my bike on the rack, plugged a hole, and I was on my way. His wife even came out and offered us some garden vegetables! I appreciate outstanding businesses and this one of them. All the best sir!! Dale"
"He was great and very reasonable got a new tire and mounted for less than dealer was going to charge just to mount."
"after calling every shop in town for a "off the bike" tire and tube replacement @$50-$65 a pop, a google search found Back Alley and was quoted $50 for both front and rear, was having great dialog with this independent business owner/excellent mechanic, especially when showing me how tubed tires should be mounted with the inner tube partially inflated and installed in the tire before the tire is fully seated onto the rim, which will prevent a guaranteed flat tire when your 100 miles from a shop. Thanks Gary, It was a privilege meeting you!"
"Not only did Mr. Kent do a fantastic job of making my repair, but he went beyond the specifics of simple maintenance with the obvious purpose of keeping me safe on my bike. Not too often repair shops concern themselves with sincerity and keeping the rider safe. Gary separates himself from the buzzards when a chain replacement becomes tune-up/guided lesson and inspection at a price which was MORE than fair! Customer for life!"
