"This shop is run by liars and crooks. My husband dropped over $7k on his truck, they tried to double charge him for work they did, didnt do work they charged for, and after a month at the shop and over $7k in repairs, it had to go back the next day to get it re-worked on...and then they tried to charge another $700! The kicker though, he has a spare battery in the truck and they stole it! When he called them they hung up on him. I bought a car from this before this all happened and i owed about $4k and they tried to tell me I owed them $7k! Luckily I had all my reciepts but if I didnt they would have gotten over on me, which im sure they were betting on me not having them. The crazy part is my husand has been dealing with Ted and Unique for decades and they still tried to screw us over! I dont know how they have a 4 somthings star rating, if I could deduct stars they would be so far in the whole they would feel the fires of hell! Thats where they belong! If you ever take the advice of a random person leaving reviews on google, this is the one! Dont waste your time, dont waste your money, but if you do decide to leave your car with them, make sure you have nothing of value in it when you leave and expect to be dissapointed when you return."
