"Better off using a local mechanic if you can! Probably the worst service center I have ever taken my vehicles too. There is never anyone from the service department available to speak to about your vehicle and the issues they report. Seems to be a huge disconnect in this office with information. We took the car in on a Wednesday for knocking sounds. Got a call Friday morning it was completely empty of oil. It needed an oil change and they would call when it’s ready that day and it would be $75. No call. We went an entire weekend without the vehicle. The 3rd attempt Monday and we finally got someone to answer only to go back and forth confused, then confirm the car is done and ready for pick up. We get there and now it’s $151 not $75 because there is $90 in labor, and once again no mechanic or manager to speak to to actually discuss the issues with the car and why all of a sudden it’s $151 and not $75. We spent $2,400 to replace the alternator and brakes 4 weeks prior. They stated there was an oil leak but it wasn’t anything we needed to spend another $3,000 on right now. We had plenty of time to worry about it. 4 weeks later the oil is bone dry, you charge us $151 for an oil change with no notes or service support regarding a leak?!?! We have questions and not a single person can help us. We asked for a call from the service manager as soon as they are available but not holding our breath! We will go elsewhere."
