"I was involved in a car crash and this shop took care of me right from the start, even asking if I was okay when I called to see if they could get me in. They took my car in right away and were extremely kind and helpful, especially with me anxiously asking a bunch of questions! They finished the car one day ahead of the quoted time and saw to it that I could pick it up even after they had closed. I think David was one of the people I spoke to on the phone that made this whole unfortunate experience an absolute breeze. Not only do they have fantastic customer service skills, but my car is back to the way it was when I got it! Actually, they even made it smell nice and must have vacuumed a bit.
