"Hated living here. Gross apartment complex not maintained flys infest the area every summer, people are always loud blasting music in parking lot, car was stolen twice and I went to the office the first time to check the cameras to find that the one installed was fake and just a preventative. The laundry area always had either one or more broken machines in EVERY room and it’s the job of the tenant to fix that. So many extra fees every month too, had to call every month to get them to remove the unnecessary fees. Lots of drug users ive found more than a handful of people passed out in their cars nodding off and the smell of burning pills fills the place at night. There’s lots of crime within the complex as well I have pictures of a bloody handprint left on the wall after someone busted a window which stayed there for weeks, it wasn’t until someone spray painted the wall over it that they finally cleaned it up. Moral of my story just don’t move here especially if you have high standards of how you want to live"
"Over rated and over priced at this Mickey mouse apartment complex, with a poorly designed parking lot and depressing setting. The management seems nice and for the price you pay, at least you get that. The residents are not so friendly and seem like a bunch of angry liberals hating on society. Companies like this are price gouging the public and the apartments itself is nothing special. Mgmt replied, trying to find out who I was so they can kick me out of the place, I'm guessing, just stating the facts"
"I've lived here almost a full year and have pages of horrible experiences I plan to post when I move out. Today I just want to call out the lack of accountability here from the office. Anytime something is wrong they won't accept blame or do anything to fix it. Since living here in january a laundry machine or dryer has been broken in every room and it's the responsibility of the renters to apparently fix that. Is it also our job to drain the water pooling outside that smells horrendous and probably has wicked bacteria? Every laundry room is broken and the office needs to step in and get that fixed or stop advertising that they offer laundry. Especially when they just spent money re-doing the office area. Just avoid living here if you can it's horrendous and this is one of the minor problems with this complex."
"Worst complex I’ve lived in. The neighbors are loud and blast their music for hours, there will be weekly parties some of the residents throw in the parking lot with loud speakers throughout the night, I’ve informed the office about the loud neighbors and was told that there’s nothing they can do as it’s before 10 pm. So basically no effort was done to fix the issue."
"So far the people in the office is very kind and prefesional, good price great amenities love the landscape."
