"We purchased two items in mid December, as Christmas gifts. At Christmas, the items broke, likely because they were poorly glued together. In mid January, we attempted to exchange the broken items, and we're told that because we were 2 days past the 30 day return policy, exchange was not possible. Ok, I get. Rules are Rules. Future purchases will be made online at AMAZON! Brick and Mortar is already dead."

The staff is courteous, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable on what each gemstone /crystal represents. If you don’t see what you’re looking for just ask they are more than willing to help get what you need if possible. Totally recommend this place!!!"
