"DO NOT get your jewelry resized or worked on here!!! Brian does not know what he is doing. Junior and Kahn (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) were easy enough to work with, but no one else was. The other person (he has a thick boston accent) was rather unpleasant, And the gal who "works" there but doesn't was also rude and snippy. I bought a wedding set (engagement ring and band) here which was reasonably priced. I was excited. Junior was nice, offered to size my rings (they were too big) for free since I bought them there. That's where it all went wrong. Brian sized them wrong by a whole size! Instead of 5 and 5.5, they were 4 and 4.5. Even Kahn noticed they were wrong. Had brian come out. He said he was working on lots of projects and must have mixed up the sizing. Said he would fix it within 30 minutes. I gave him an hour+ and he fixed one of them correctly, but left tool marks on the band, which I noticed later. The other one still was wrong and was out of round so it wouldnt fit right and looked like a diamond was missing. Sent it back but he had left for the day. Kahn and I discussed sizing to 5.25 since Brian said it was impossible to make it round because of the diamonds. Called the next day to check on the ring (they have never called me once to tell me my rings were ready btw) and was told it was ready. Still was too small. At this point the Bostonian told me Brian will not talk to me and I'm to deal directly with him. Apparently according to this guy, Brian doesn't work for All Facets. I asked if Brian was upset with me or if he himself was upset with me and he said he wasn't. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. Even other patrons in the store noticed. they also noticed how visibly upset and shaken I was by how they were speaking to me. The gal that "works" there was also rude. They refused to do quarter sizes, even though that is what Kahn and I discussed the day before, and only what was on the ring sizers which I had used previously to pick the size the ring. But they kept getting it wrong so I wanted to have it a quarter size bigger since clearly the size 5 wasn't a true 5. I was also told they couldn't keep resizing it anymore because of the diamonds. As if it was my fault that they kept having to fix it. I continued to explain that we wouldnt have to keep doing this if they had gotten it correct the first time we did it. They told me to " just pick the size because Brian needs to go pick up his kids" (I was at the store at 2:23 and they close at 5 btw). I told them I needed to call my husband first. And I was rudely told by the gal, "why do you need to call him for? You're here and so is your finger. just pick a size." After talking with him I realized they will NEVER get this right and I should either get my money back for the band or get it resized elsewhere. They refused to give me money back on the band. So I took it to Fast Fix at the mall. I will never do business here again! Clearly customers are not the priority here, only pride. FAST FIX AT CORONADO MALL was able to correctly size my ring without any problems with diamonds falling out or becoming out of round in 1 HOUR. Nor complaining that I can't resize it anymore. You get what you pay for. Fast Fix was more expensive but NO DRAMA and fixed right the first time. They cleaned and polished it, And Rhodium plated it for free. 1st two Pictures are of the damage done by Brian. The next two are of the ring he had such a hard time fixing. And final pic is the difference in the colors because Brian didn't clean the engagement ring band nor re-rhodium plate it after he sized it down. Update to respond: I was not given a discount in any way. I paid what the store told me they cost when asked. I came for the ring when I was told it would be ready. The jeweler was the one who told me HE would finish it in an hour. There was no pressure from me whatsoever. Actually I was the one who was "pressured" to "pick a size already because the jeweler has to go." Even in this response you can see how rude they are."
